We can help with questions about a series: how many designs are in a line-up, whether a secret exists, what a figure measures, how a cup-rim hook behaves on a particular glass, and whether a run is finished. Those are our questions and we answer them properly.
We cannot see the status of an order placed through the store listing, change a delivery address, or process a refund from here, because the order does not pass through us. Anything about payment, shipping or returns has to go to the store you bought from — they have the order number and we do not.
