How an order travels

Every item on this site is bought through its store listing. You click the stamp on a product page, the listing opens, and the order, the payment and the delivery are handled there from that point on. We do not take card details and we never ask for them.

Prices shown here are the ones we recorded when the page was last built. Listings move — sellers change, stock runs down, a limited run ends — so treat the figure on our page as a guide and the figure on the listing as the real one. Where a price has moved sharply it usually means the listing has changed hands.

Delivery times, carriers and customs handling all belong to the store. Items in our catalogue ship from Japanese sellers in most cases, and an import that crosses a border will take longer than a domestic parcel and may attract duty depending on where you are.

If a listing says pre-order, the date printed on the listing is the one to trust. We mark pre-orders on our product pages when we can see them, but the store's date is authoritative because it moves with production.
